About Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah Austin, and I blog. I do a number of other things—like run, develop web sites, and work full time—but I rather enjoy hanging around the blogosphere. I started blogging in graduate school and got serious about my personal blog in the fall of 2007. As I networked with other bloggers, tracked my site statistics, and generally learned a lot about blogging, I started sharing my new found knowledge with others.
That’s how BloggersGuide.net started. I moved a handful of my blogging articles there to get me started and have since posted a new piece weekly since its conception. As BloggersGuide.net grows, I am dedicated to sharing what I learn about this art form with other bloggers. Stay posted as this baby takes off!
I have a Master’s Degree in Professional and Technical Writing from Missouri State University where I participated in a number of web development projects, and I currently work at LifePoint Church as Assistant to the Elders, which means that I’m responsible for administrative tasks, document management, and web development.
I have an incredible husband and two crazy cats. I love reading whatever I can get my hands on, and I’m currently training for my first triathlon. And I collect Mr. Potato Heads. You can find me online at these fine web sites:
